"My wife was leaving and pushed the garage door button and heard a pop. The garage door cable snapped and twisted the door to the point it was stuck. I got ahold of Don in the office and he got Scott out to fix the issue with minimal down time. I wasn’t sold anymore parts than what was needed and problem was fixed in a timely manner.
