"Great communication from the company after purchasing the install package with an opener from Home Depot, and here is another rave review about Scott, the installer. He called 20 minutes prior to arrival and was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I really do feel he went above and beyond my expectations explaining about the new unit, the state of my door and hardware in general, maintenance, and was just a very pleasant person to have working in my home. I am one of those fellas that will kind of stick my nose into installs/repairs and instead of being annoyed, he went further into descriptions. Just excellent and they have a new return customer."
